On December 27, 2009 at the Government Chancellery the Georgian PM Nika Gilauri hosted children from orphanages at the New Year's Tree event. The children watched the performance "New Year Adventures of Indiko Turkey" at Rustaveli Theatre and listened to the music played by the orchestra of Zakharia Paliashvili State Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet. "I think this is a very good new tradition. We are going to entertain children from all orphanages not only at the New Year but in every 3-4 months. Today we gathered 600 children. They saw the performance by Rustaveli Theatre, listened to the concert. I hope they have had a good time", - Nika Gilauri said.
