On December 30, 2011, Prime Minister of Georgia, Nika Gilauri, met with the Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the 
Grenadines, Ralph Everard Gonsalves, visiting Georgia. At the meeting, conversation was about issues of deepening cooperation and bilateral relations between the two countries; Georgia will render technical support to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
The Prime Minister, Ralph Everard Gonsalves, expressed his support towards territorial integrity of Georgia. Diplomatic relations between Georgia and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines was set in 2010.
