Today, at the Government Chancellery of Georgia, the Prime Minister of Georgia, Vano Merabishvili, has met with Inter-Departmental Delegation of the USA headed by the Deputy Assistant of Secretary of State at the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor, Thomas O. Melia. The meeting has also been attended by the new Ambassador of the USA in Georgia, Richard Norland.
At the meeting, the parties talked about continuing cooperation between the USA and Georgia. The parties discussed situation in Georgia. the Prime Minister introduced pre-election environment and future plans of the government of Georgia to the Delegation.
