At the Government Chancellery of Georgia, the Prime Minister, Bidzina Ivanishvili, met British Minister for Europe, David Lidington. The parties talked about the events taken place in Georgia in the resent period, and pointed out that Georgia has managed to change the Authority by way of elections.

Bidzina Ivanishvili got the British Minister acquainted with the main problems and challenges our country is facing today. The two parties also talked about the issue of settling Georgia-Russia relations as well as Georgia's aspiration for NATO and the European Union. The Prime Minister pointed out that Georgia's foreign policy course is unchanged and thanked the British Minister for the help Britain renders to Georgia to this direction.The parties directed their attention to prospects of economic cooperation and development of agriculture. Bidzina Ivanishvili expressed his hope that Georgia will take into consideration the great experience, which Britain has in agriculture.
