The Prime Minister meets with representatives of the European Parliament Print Version

The Prime Minister of Georgia, Bidzina Ivanishvili, met with the Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Elmar Brok, and a spokesperson on issues of Georgia at the European Parliament, Krjishtop Lisek, at the Government Chancellery of Georgia.

The Parties discussed processes going on in Georgia and talked about future prospects of development of the country. The Parties also talked about the issue of regulating Georgian-Russian relations.

"We had a very interesting meeting. We talked about many issues. Mainly, we discussed the issue of cohabitation and we had most polemics on this very issue. I have assured our friends that there will not be selective law and political persecution in Georgia", declared the Prime Minister after the end of the meeting.
