Government meeting was held on 30 of October, 2013. The agenda consisted of 36 issues,3 issues were added, and 37 issues were approved, 2 approval of 2 issues was postponed due to necessity of deeper revision.
Ministers' cabinet reached a decision regarding amendments to the tax payer code.
Today, during the government sitting self-governing code was approved. According to the code, self-governing number of cities will increase and instead of existing today 5 self-governing cities (Tbilisi, Rustavi, Kutaisi, Poti, Batumi) this status will be given to the cities whose population is more than 15 000. In accordance to the self-governing code, the surrounding villages of the self-governing cities will be formed into themes, on the base of which municipalities will be formulated. Self-governing unit's (cities and municipalities) governing circles will be selective.
The government passed a new law project regarding the refugees, in accordance to which, among other beneficial things, the monthly refugee allowance will increase and become 45 lari. The case of giving 414 refugee families a lodging for the symbolic price of 1 lari was also reviewed.
