Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili inquired into the personal pension scheme reform. The model of this system was discussed at today's meeting of the Economic Council, led by the Prime Minister at the Government Administration. This reform involves the creation of a personal pension scheme, which will provide retirees with high pension incomes in the long run.
The concept of this reform was developed in cooperation with World Bank experts.
The Government will develop the best of all possible models for the personal pension scheme. To this end, the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development will actively cooperate with other institutions.
