Georgian Prime Minister, Giorgi Kvirikashvili expresses deep sorrow due to the tragedy, which happened in Telavi, near the Patrol Police Department Headquarters.
"Death of two Georgian policemen is very painful. The Police Captain Gela Lamazoshvili and Inspector Maya Javakhishvili faithfully had served their country for years, protecting the lives and safety of citizens. I express my condolences to the families and loved ones of the deceased,"- says the Prime Minister's letter of condolence.
