We are meeting the Year 2016 with new reality - Georgia has taken a historic step on the road to approach Europe, - the Prime Minister of Georgia, Giorgi Kvirikashvili said, addressing the nation. The Head of Government wished happy New Year to the population and reassure that their families will have a better future. "Happy New Year my friends! I wish peace, health, prosperity to you, your families and your loved ones. Happy New Year to all those, who performing their official duties on a daily basis and may be at this moment! My special greetings to the militaries on international missions, who are guarding the interests of Georgia far away from the homeland, as well as our compatriots living abroad. Happy New Year to all friend of our country, who stand by and support Georgia", - stated the Prime Minister.
Giorgi Kvirikashvili has appealed to Abkhaz and Ossetian compatriots and once again reminded them that Georgia's every achievement is their achievement. "I appeal to our Abkhaz and Ossetian brothers and sisters! I want you to know that Georgia's every achievement, every success is yours too. However, this success will be full-fledged only through our unity.

The Head of Government, especially, congratulated the young people with the coming New Year and explained that 2016 will be the year of their success. "The biggest potential is in you and we will support all your initiatives and ideas. I believe that the strength of Georgia depends on your success", - said the Head of Government.
The Prime Minister said that despite the difficulties, our country will become prosperous and economically powerful. "Georgia will be the country of possibilities, free citizens' country, where everybody is able to realize own ideas, where country's success depends on the work of each person. Therefore, the only requirement is to direct our huge positive potential towards the singular goal - building of our homeland, our country. I wish you all peace, forgiveness, mutual love and belief in better future, which is so much needed. I believe that together we can do everything", - Giorgi Garibashvili stated.
