During today's meeting with the National Movement faction, Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili described in detail the implemented and planned projects and introduced the MPs to the key priorities of the governmental reforms.

Giorgi Kvirikashvili emphasized the progress in each direction under the Government's four-point agenda, as well as complex reforms planned in the future.

The Prime Minister underscored the education system and economic reforms, the priorities of the 2018 budget, start-up financing mechanisms, the Business House concept, pension reform, and the development of the capital market. He also described spatial planning and the country's transit potential, steps taken toward energy independence, enhancing citizen engagement in governance, the further development of self-government, agricultural challenges and achievements, and steps taken toward improving environmental protection and forest inventory.

Giorgi Kvirikashvili emphasized prevention of violence among youths, steps to be taken to promote sports and healthy lifestyle, also paying special attention to the country's foreign policy priorities, relevant achievements, and important changes in the areas of defence and security.
The Prime Minister answered questions from the faction's members.
