Two-day procedures have been completed, and our Cabinet, with its new composition, has been granted a vote of confidence by the Parliament.
We take it as a huge responsibility. I believe that the renewed Cabinet, with the level of professionalism concentrated therein, is truly in the position to set out today on the path of taking steps with renewed energy in order to create new dynamics for stable and rapid development in the country. We will of course work toward bettering our citizens' standard of living. We have a very interesting, rich program, and its implementation-we can state without exaggeration-will make a qualitative difference in the country. We are counting on support from the Parliament and society as a whole in this process.
I declared 2018 Year of Popular Involvement. I would like to thank everyone who put their trust in us. We had very interesting debates despite everything, despite the overflowing emotions, and so on. This is a very important institutional process which in full swing in the country.
