Prime Minister in Svaneti

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili is visiting Svaneti. He visited a hotel under construction in Mestia. The owner of the hotel personally informed Prime Minister about future plans aimed to attract tourists. The hotel will come into operation in the spring of 2014, while being able to host one hundred guests in the summer of 2014. After the hotel launches it activities, up to fifty locals will be employed."Svaneti has a tremendous tourism potential, and this can benefit the local population greatly.
