To mark the opening of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway, a celebratory reception with the participation of the leaders of the five countries was held. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev hosted Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Kvirikashvili, President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakhytzhan Sagintayev and Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov.
