Today, Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia introduced independent international expert Maggie Nicholson to the Georgian Government's human rights efforts.

The Prime Minister singled out the implementation of the National Human Rights Strategy as a priority, and emphasized the importance of the coordinating function of the Human Rights Secretariat, and the significance of cooperation with human rights organizations.
