In connection with the third anniversary of the rose revolution was held the charitable action. O November 30 and December 1 the employees of the Chancellery of the Government of Georgia (Manana Kartozia, Giorgi Maisashvili, Fridon Petriashvili, Thea Rusia, Eter Turashvili, Tatia Grubelashvili, Nino Chkheidze) visited the Akhaltsikhe public school N 7. This boarding school was selected for its remoteness.
The school has the boarding service and numbers 45 children, among whom are children with oligophrenia, mainly with small mental disability. For this reason the children study at school under the simplified syllabus and only some children are able to visit an ordinary school. The conditions of life and study are normal, the school has the governmental financing and sponsors.
After conversation with the school master Lali Karkadze were revealed many problems. The consultations were held with the head of the department for concern for children requiring special care of the education and science ministry Tamta Golubiani (her employee Maka Vardosanidze accompanied the group during their visit to Akhaltsikhe). At this stage the guests decided to help the school with a refrigerator and sweets and fruits.
