On 10 September 2009, the Hall of the Chancellery of the Government of Georgia hosted a conclusive gala concert as part of MZERA Festival of Orphan and Undercared Children.
The gala concert was honored by Prime Minister Nika Gilauri of Georgia, members of the Cabinet of Ministers, the representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Georgia and public representatives.
The festival that was held under the aegis of the Government of Georgia and on the Prime Minister's initiative saw the participation of children from 40 childcare facilities.
