A festive Divine Liturgy celebrating the birth of the Savior was served at the Holy Trinity Cathedral. This service was attended by Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and his wife.
The Divine Liturgy was celebrated by His Holiness and Beatitude Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II together with concelebrants, members of the Holy Synod and clergymen. The festive Divine Liturgy was preceded by the Patriarch's nativity epistle.
