Terms and Conditions of Competitive Selection Get Published

Competitive Selection Commissions for the vacant positions of Special Investigation Service Head and Personal Data Protection Service Head established in line with the Executive Orders N12 and N13 issued by the Prime Minister of Georgia on 21st January 2022 have decided to admit applications and supportive documents from 25th January through 1st February 2022.

Applications are welcome from citizens of Georgia with no criminal records who hold degree education and have a track record of 5 years working in the system of justice, law enforcement or human rights.

Both contests involve two stages of competitive selection - screening of applications and interviews with applicants.

Commissions will select at least 2 but no higher than 5 candidates on the grounds of their relevance with the positions to be occupied under the rules promulgated in the legislation of the country, who will be nominated to the Prime Minister of Georgia. Two candidates for each position will be ultimately nominated by the Head of Government of Georgia for the positions of the Special Investigation Service Head and Personal Data Protection Service Head to the Parliament of Georgia to be chosen from.
