The Prime Minister/Interior Minister of the State of Qatar, Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdul Aziz Al Thani, wishes Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili a Happy Independence Day.

"It pleases me, on the anniversary of your country's Independence Day, to express to you, on behalf of the government of the State of Qatar and my own behalf, our warm greetings and congratulations, coupled with our best wishes of good health and well-being to Your Excellency and further prosperity and progress to your people," reads Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdul Aziz Al Thani's letter.
