4 October 2010, the Georgian Prime Minister NIka Gilauri was on his business visit to Bulgaira.
Within the framework of the visit the Georgian Prime Minister met the Bulgarian Prime Minister Boiko Borisov. They talked about new energy projects during the meeting.
As it leaked out after the meeting of the Prime Ministers, Bulgaria will receive 200 mln m3 gas per annum through Georgia. Following the meeting with the Bulgarian Prime Minister, the Georgian Prime Minister stated: "It's a good job that one of the details of the said negotiations is Turkey-Bulgaria connecting part. The point is EU funding of this project. It is one of the steps forward in implementation of NABUCO Project".
During his visit to Bulgaria Nika Gilauri took part in the Georgian-Bulgarian Business Forum and introduced Bulgarian businessmen to the Georgian business environment.
"Georgia is corruption-free, with low taxes and good investment environment, and, thus, it is easy and lucrative to build business there. This year Batumi was one of the biggest tourist centers in the entire region. Ajara welcomed over a million visitors," said the Georgian Prime Minister.
