The meeting of the Government of Georgia was held on 3 July 2010. The agenda consisted of 65 items.
Before the beginning of the Meeting, Prime Minister of Georgia Nika Gilauri welcomed the new members to the Cabinet of Ministers, wishing them success in their service.
"Today, we are holding the first Government Meeting in the new format. Around out Government table, I'd like to welcome and wish success to the three new ministers - Ramaz, Lado and Vera have a challenging work ahead. They have done much, and quite successfully at that. They are
successful persons and I'd like to wish them success to the offices that they have been appointed.
The Ministry of Economic Development is one of the most important agencies in the Government of Georgia and there are a lot of things to do there. Also, I'd like to tell Ramaz that he has already done so much in the Ministry where he worked. He has scored greatest achievements in the Motorway Department but now there are new challenges and there is new work to do. I'd like to wish the same to Lado."
