The national flag is flown at half-staff over the Government Administration to mark Soviet Occupation Day.

Today marks 102 years since soviet occupation. To commemorate this day, flags are flown at half-staff over administrative buildings and Georgia's diplomatic representations abroad.

February 25 was established as Soviet Occupation Day based on the ordinance of the Parliament of Georgia.
