On October 31, 2011, the Prime Minister of Georgia, Nika Gilauri, held an online conference on his Facebook page. 
Within the framework of the online conference, the Prime Minister answered questions asked by population of Georgia and introduced the 10-Point Plan of the government of Georgia to the students of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.

Actually, this is a lively document, which is to be renewed in every six months. Thus, it is very important that everyone is involved in this," pointed out NIka Gilauri during the video conference.
