Prime Minister of Georgia met the employees of the Hotline–1505 at the Ministry of Labor, Health and Social AffairsToday, the Prime Minister of Georgia Vano Merabishvili, together with the Minister of Labor, Health and Social Affairs Zurab Chiaberashvili, met the employees of the Hotline-1505 at the Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs. The Prime Minister got acquainted with the working process of the Hotline and showed interest in the most frequently asked questions by the citizens.

Vano Merabishvili, while talking to Zurab Chiaberashvili, said that Hotline-1505 shall be the example for other private and insurance companies in order to demonstrate how the Hotline has to function. He paid special attention to the fact that starting from September 1, due to increase of the number of the insured for 900 000 people, the load over the hotlines of the insurance companies will increase as well, and for that reason the resources of the companies might occur to be not enough. And that is why the State shall consider seriously that problem and to take necessary measures in advance, so that delay of the incoming calls is avoided.

The Hotline-1505 of the Minister of Labor, Health and Social Affairs is functioning from June 27. At the Hotline 24 hours per 7 days, throughout the whole country, any person may call and receive the answer for the questions of any type in the healthcare field. With the Hotline-1505 are currently employed 10 operators and there is also the reserve group of 20 people, which are available for inclusion if necessary.
