Levan Razmadze appointed Chairperson of the Competition and State Procurement Agency Print Version

 

By decree of the Prime Minister of Georgia, Levan Razmadze (41 years of age) was appointed Chairperson of the Competition and State Procurement Agency LEPL (legal entity of public law).

A graduate of law school, Levan Razmadze was born in Tskhinvali. At various times, he worked at the Ministry of Justice and served as the director of the editorial for the Book of Georgian Legislation and the Legislative Messenger of Georgia, while also holding the office of Director of Legal Department at the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Trade and leading the Enterprise Management Agency LEPL.

On the Appointment of Levan Razmadze to the Office of Chairperson of the Competition and State Procurement Agency


Pursuant to Paragraph 1, Article 4 of the Law of Georgia on State Procurement and Paragraph 1, Article 4 the Charter of the Competition and State Procurement Agency LEPL (legal entity of public law) approved by authority of the December 27, 2011 Decree №497 by the Government of Georgia, Levan Razmadze shall be appointed to the office of Chairperson of the Competition and State Procurement Agency LEPL (legal entity of public law).
