Government session was held on March 6, 2014. 40 issues were discussed from the agenda, 3 issues were added and 43 issues were approved.
The government of Georgia approved the electrification plan of villages. The project, which was presented to the today's session by the Minister of Energy, Vice-Prime Minister Kakha Kaladze, was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers. Electrification of the Village Cheremi, Gurgaani Region, Village Katsalkhevi, Dusheti Region, Village Sogoutlo, Dmanisi Region, Village Tskhaveri, Kaspi Region and Village Okrosopeli, Kareli Region will be carried out within the next stage of electrification. Government will allocate 842 158 GEL for these purposes. The mentioned villages have not been supplied with electricity for 20 years. According to the plan, the rural electrification will be completed during 2014.
In addition, the government amended N1552 decree on "events, carried out by Municipal Development Fund of Georgian" issued in November, 2013 at the current session, as a result of which, the following activities will be implemented: procurement of service, necessary for the technical-economic study and detailed design-expenditure document preparation for rehabilitation the road in Tetritskaro Municipality to reach the villages Kvemo Tskluleti and Zemo Tskluleti; procurement of the design service, necessary for the rehabilitation of roads and bridges in Tetritskaro Municipality; procurement of design service, necessary for the arrangement of the shelter for the homeless persons in Tbilisi; procurement of additional hydro isolation constructional works for the foundations of 22 residential buildings in IDP settlement in Batumi; procurement of design service for correction the construction - project documentation of infrastructural, social and cultural facilities (railway station, theatre, administration building, pedestrian bridges) in Tskaltubo; B) procurement of design service, necessary for the conceptual project adjustment and preparation of working drawings for the circular road of Tskaltubo Park; C) procurement of design service necessary for the constructional-design documentation correction of Vani Archeological Museum; procurement of service, necessary for the technical-economic study and detailed design-expenditure document preparation for rehabilitation the road in Tsalenjikha Municipality from the community center of Pakhulani to the border of Village Saberio; procurement of service, necessary for the technical-economic study and detailed design-expenditure document preparation for rehabilitation the Pshaveli-Abano-Omalo road in Akhmeta Municipality; procurement of road construction-rehabilitation works to access the land to construct the alternative center for receiving 112 calls in Tbilisi and procurement of constructive works for road bridge arrangement in Village Poladaantkari, Gardabani Municipality.
