Within the framework of his official visit to Bulgaria, Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. The national anthems of the two countries were played as part of the wreath-laying ceremony. Irakli Garibashvili accompanied by his delegation visited the St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral in Sofia. The Provost spoke with Irakli Garibashvili about the history of the Cathedral.

The St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral occupies an area of 3,170 square metres and can hold 5000 people inside. The cathedral's dome reaches 53 metres.
