Under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister of Georgia, Cabinet session was held at the Administration of Government of Georgia. The Cabinet discussed 32 issues placed on the agenda. Pursuant to the Government's decision, additional 144 households will be provided with residences. Since October 2012 till today, 11 285 IDP families have been provided the housing.
The Resolution of the Government prescribed the authorities entrusted with the task of defining the boundaries of the snow/ice ski areas and on snow/ice ski slopes and the roads, carrying out the control and administration and drafting the security rules in the said areas.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Resolution, Ministry of Internal Affairs has been entrusted with the task of prescribing security regulations. It will define the security regulations for the said territories within the 2 weeks after the Resolution enters into force. Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development will define the boundaries of the snow/ice ski areas and on snow/ice ski slopes and the roads, to facilitate proper implementation of the legislative regulations.
The Government also approved the draft Ordinance on "Simplified Procedure of Public Procurement by the Tbilisi City Hall", which aims at fostering of Krtsanisi-Shindisi road construction. In case of the implementation of the project, central streets, including Baratashvili, Pushkini, Leonidze, Kikodze, Asatiani, Dadiani, Lermontovi, Amaghleba and Machabeli streets as well as adjacent territories will be unloaded from the traffic flow. Project aims at unloading of the one of the most heavily circulated areas on the right embankment of Mtkvari. Krtsanisi-Shindisi 5 km. road will start from the second turn of Nadikvari and join the Javakhishvili street in Shindisi.
