The Cabinet session was held today at the Administration of the Government under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili. The Cabinet discussed 36 issues placed on the agenda.
The Government approved the draft Resolution on "Privatization of the State Owned Property through Direct Sale to "Fresco" LTD". Pursuant to the provisions of the said document, 67 920 GEL will be invested in village Muskhi of Akhaltsikhe municipality and 20 people will be employed at local food producing enterprise.
High-tech and intensive poultry farming enterprise will also be created in village Teleti of Gardabani municipality. 143 120 GEL will be invested. The Government today approved relevant draft Resolution on "Privatization of the State Owned Property through Direct Sale to" Roster "LTD".
The Cabinet also adopted decision on granting the status of high mountainous enterprise to 16 entities.
The Cabinet approved draft Resolution on "Actions Necessary to Ensure Transfer of Levile Estate in France Purchased by the Government of the First Democratic Republic of Georgia".
According to the Resolution, the descendants of the members and representatives of the Government of the first democratic republic of Georgia will sign the act of prior consent on transfer of the Levile estate to Georgia in accordance with the conditions stipulated by the resolution and the annex thereto. Respective document will serve as a foundation of final act on transfer of the Linvile estate to Georgia.
The Government also approved Alexandet Baramidze, nana Mchedlidze and Giorgi Baramidze as candidates for election as judge to the European Court of Human Rights. Special Commission selected 5 candidates that were presented to the Cabinet by Tea Tsulukiani. The Council of Europe will elect one of the candidates submitted by the Georgian side as a judge of the ECtHR.
