Meeting with the head of Nurol Holding Print Version

Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Kvirikashvili hosted the head of Nurol Holding and Georgia's Honorary Consul in Izmir Nurettin Carmikli.

The parties discussed the bilateral cooperation between Georgia and Turkey across various fields that has moved to a qualitatively new level throughout the last few years.

Giorgi Kvirikashvili thanked Nurettin Carmikli for his support for Georgia and the friendship, he also noted that he greatly values the large-scale investments undertaken by Nurol Holding.

The conversation also touched upon the ongoing and upcoming infrastructural projects in Georgia. Prime Minister informed the head of Nurol Holding on the fact that the expenses allocated for infrastructural projects have increased 36-37% this year only, whereas the next year, the budget allocated for this purpose will be increased by 89-90% as compared to 2016.
The parties also discussed future cooperation.

Nurettin Carmikli expressed his readiness to continue business and friendly relations with the Prime Minister of Georgia and the members of the Government. He also indicated that he will continue to support Georgia.
