"Candidate nominated for the position of Supreme Court Chairman should be apolitical and widely respected for high reputation both within the professional circles and among general public" stated Mamuka Bakhtadze, Prime Minister of Georgia in response to a question posed by journalists in Batumi.
Head of the Government of Georgia is convinced tat majority of population in the country shares this attitude. "My position is most probably shared by any citizen of Georgia. Selected candidate should by all means be apolitical and widely respected for high reputation both within the professional circles and among the general public. This is my attitude and I am confident that it is shared by the majority of our population" stated the Prime Minister of Georgia.
