Mamuka Bakhtadze, Prime Minister of Georgia congratulated Independence Day to the friendly nation of Ukraine.
Head of the Government of Georgia expressed hopes that day will come when Ukrainian and Georgian people will by all means celebrate their regained territorial integrity and sovereignty.
"We - Georgians - have the best understanding of this pain. We know the value of independence and freedom. I wish to congratulate the Independence Day to Ukraine and every Ukrainian - our friends in Ukraine. I am confident that day will come when Ukrainian and Georgian people will by all means celebrate freedom and independence within their regained territorial integrity and sovereignty. Our choice is peace and building of a European state. It is a historic, civilization choice. The same applies to Ukraine" stated the Prime Minister of Georgia.
