Today, Georgian Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze held a meeting with Foreign Minister Linas Linkevičius of the Republic of Lithuania who is in Tbilisi on a working visit.
The Prime Minister thanked Linas Linkevičius for participating in the Tbilisi International Conference.

The parties discussed the two countries' close cooperation, including on Georgia's European and Euro-Atlantic integration. As the Prime Minister pointed out, the Government of Georgia highly appreciates Lithuania's invaluable support in this direction.
Special emphasis was placed on important issues of the Georgia-EU cooperation agenda, including the development of the roadmap for integration into the EU.
The conversation also involved the positive dynamic in the development of bilateral relations and prospects of future cooperation.

The Head of Government emphasized Lithuania's unwavering support of Georgia's territorial integrity and sovereignty, also underlining the visit of the Minister of the Lithuanian Foreign Minister to Georgia for the 10th anniversary of Russia-Georgia war as yet another clear demonstration of this support.
The meeting at the Administration of the Government was attended by Georgia's Foreign Minister Davit Zalkaliani.
