A heinous act shook the whole country a few days ago when an 8 year-old girl fell victim to disturbing violence in Gori. The perpetrator will be held accountable and punished severely.
I also express my deepest sorrow over the tragedy in the village of Dologani, in Keda.
The investigation is well underway, and three persons have been arrested. Should failure to observe safety rules be confirmed, they will all face the full severity of the law.
I offer my sincere sympathies to the families and loved ones of the children. Such awful tragedies should not be happening.
