"Forces, trying to create negative expectations with fake news, will never succeed" stated Mamuka Bakhtadze, Prime Minister of Georgia when commending on the fake news spread several days ago in relation with John R. Bolton, US National Security Advisor.
Head of Government of Georgia believes that such occurrences are absolutely unacceptable, as national interests of Georgia - security and European and Euro-Atlantic integration - are beyond and above any political party interests and especially elections.
"This topic may be very emotional to me, however I am confident that majority of population feels emotional towards wrongdoings of some notorious opponents, when they spread such fake news in social and mainstream media. Georgia is solidly pursuing Euro-Atlantic aspirations and US-Georgia relations are all-time high in every dimension, especially security. Hence, forces trying to create negative expectations with fake news will never succeed" added the Prime Minister of Georgia.

"It is very unfortunate that methods often used by unfriendly forces are so actively reflected in Georgia as well. Nevertheless, I wish to reiterate that they will never succeed in achieving their goals.
