"It was utterly important that the entire world stood by our side and it is significant that all our institutions were engaged in the process from the very first minutes" stated Mamuka Bakhtadze, Prime Minister of Georgia when visiting Gerkeuli household in Akhalubani Village to see the eight young men freed from the Tskhinvali isolator.

Head of Government of Georgia congratulated the youth with a peaceful return to their families.

"Most important of all at this point in time is that our boys, our youth, have peacefully returned to their families. We are visiting Akhalubani Village. These three days were very heavy. It is important that our boys have peacefully and in good health returned to their families" added the Prime Minister of Georgia.

Head of Government of Georgia visited the village together with Archil Talakvadze, Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia; Ketevan Tsikhelashvili, State Minister of Georgia for Reconciliation and Civic Equality and Giorgi Khojevanishvili, State Representative in Shida Kartli of Georgia.
