On August 22, 2007 was held the Meeting of the Government of Georgia. The agenda consisted of 34 items.
Upon beginning of the Meeting the Prime Minister of Georgia Zurab Noghaideli informed the Government of Georgia that last week he visited Imereti, Guria and Samegrelo. He underscored the issue on the course of repair operations at schools and road restoration and rehabilitation and noted that today the repair operations are carried at 400 schools and called the Ministry for Education and Science of Georgia, State Confidants - the governors and heads of local administrations for more effective work in order to provide the full readiness of schools for the beginning of a new school year.
The Prime Minister of Georgia underscored the top importance of those operations which are implemented in those regions and nationwide for creation of new working places through attraction of private investments. He called the Government members to support and to take active part in consideration and solution of those issues.
