On July 31, 2007 was held the Meeting of the Government of Georgia. The agenda consisted of 13 items.
Upon beginning of the Meeting the Prime Minister of Georgia Zurab Noghaideli informed the Government members that on July 28 in Tamarasheni was held the sitting of the commission drafting proposals in connection with the determination of the autonomous status of the former autonomous district of South Ossetia, in the frames of the Georgian state. He said that were established and staffed five groups which are starting the intensive working process. At the next sitting of the commission which will be held on August 15 in Tbilisi will be discussed the current issues to be solved in the regions and in the month-end, or the beginning of September the commission will consider the strategic issues.
The Prime Minister of Georgia called all ministries to involve intensively for preparation of items subject to consideration at the next sitting of the commission according to the received tasks.
