On July 27, 2007 was held the Meeting of the Government of Georgia. The agenda consisted of 50 items.
Upon beginning of the Meeting the Prime Minister of Georgia Zurab Noghaideli noted that a regular sitting of the commission drafting proposals in connection with the determination of the autonomous status of the former autonomous district of South Ossetia, in the frames of the Georgian state will be held in the village Kurta on July 28. The work of commission will be coordinated by the state minister for settlement of conflicts Davit Bakradze. The Prime Minister called the commission members as well as representatives of other departments for maximum mobilization and intensive cooperation with the commission. "For us this issue is very important as it is connected with our main problem - restoration of the territorial integrity. I would like to ask all members of the Government to set intensive relations with the state minister, representatives of the administration of the temporary administrative and territorial unity, the local residents and all those departments which are actively involved in the work of the commission. At the tomorrow Meeting we will approve the composition of working groups and start the intensive working process, - stated Zurab Noghaideli.
