Upon the beginning of the Meeting the Prime Minister of Georgia Zurab Noghaideli informed the attended that at night, on March 11 as a result of helicopter bombing were damaged some buildings in some villages of Upper Abkhazia, including the building where the residence of the Government of the Abkhazian Autonomous Republic and school are placed in the village Chkhalta. He noted that it is necessary to restore all buildings, especially the building of the governmental residence and school, as the school shall begin its operation in due time. The resources for this are available at the place, said the Prime Minister and ordered to the Government of the Abkhazian Autonomous Republic, Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, department for regional affairs of the Chancellery of the Government of Georgia to submit urgently the plan for implementation of the rehabilitation plan in order to start these operations timely. Those who are bombing the schools have a certain psychology, said the prime Minister of Georgia, and added that the timely performance of rehabilitation operations will be the most correct response to the provocation which took place on March 11.
