Find below speech of the Prime-Minister:

"Good morning. I will separate two issues because of their importance out of those to be discussed today. These issues are of special interests of the society and ministers. The first issue is the document of health game rules, which will be presented by Zurab Chiaberashvili at the session of the Government. I speak about very specific regulation, which we wish to offer everybody. We mean sector of medical insurance, hospitals and patients. Very often we meet with regulation of diverse type; agreements of different types are concluded between insurance companies and clinics, which often create discomfort to the patient and this latest is often the most vulnerable in such relations. We'd like to establish new document, new regulation, which will regulate these relations and which will specifically define liabilities of insurance companies and liabilities of hospitals and clinics; also what physicians are liable to and when patient's rights are violated and, on the contrary, when such rights can be protected by means of this Document.

Another, very important issue is placement of securities of state companies to London Stock Exchange. We used to speak about it last year, but financial markets were in bed conditions then. Situation is relatively improved. We continue consulting with Goldman Sachs, City, JP Morgan and the Banks, which we are contracted with. In the close future we will discuss opportunity of issuing Euro brands at the London Stock Exchange and selling monetary package of railway, Gas Corporation and other large state companies. I emphasize once again that we speak only about selling of minority package. We will not transfer any of the managements of such company to others, on the contrary, this management will remain in the state and majority of shares will remain in the state ownership.
