Meeting of Bidzina Ivanishvili and Rovnag Abdullayev was held in the head office of SOCAR Energy Georgia and it was of familiarization nature. As declared Bidzina Ivanishvili after the meeting they touched upon more intensive establishment of relations of two neighboring countries as well as the topic of gas and oil.
"We talked about everything with our good neighbor, about the existing relations, oil, gas, politics, we had a very warm talk... Our authorities shall have discussions with the authorities of Azerbaijan and SOCAR. It should be pointed out that the price of gas supply from them is very interesting. We think that finding out of resources should take place inside the country. Increase of gas price was carried out artificially and we will clarify everything", stated Bidzina Ivanishvili.
For his part President of SOCAR expressed satisfaction with respect to today's meeting and mentioned that he will try to increase the scope of investments in
Georgia to a greater extent.
The meeting held in the head office of SOCAR Energy Georgia was attended also by Kakha Kaladze, Minister of Energy, and Irakli Garibashvili, Minister of Internal Affairs.
