The winter tourist season has started in Mestia. Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili attended the ceremonial opening of the Mount Hatzvali ski run. This event was also attended by Ministers of Economy; Regional Development and Infrastructure; Corrections and Legal Assistance; and Sports and Youth Affairs.
