Despite the pandemic, Dream Town's project, currently under construction, is in full swing.
The Government of Adjara is already implementing phase two of the project, with the territory's proper urban development and creation of educational, residential, and recreation areas.At this point, three 12-story residential buildings are under construction in the territory of Dream Town.
Under the project about 582 apartments were built on phase one. The process employed almost 120 people.
