Public Administration Reform Action Plan 2019-2020 - Progress Report (2019, I-III Qr.)

Public Administration Reform Action Plan 2019-2020 Progress Report aims to demonstrate the progress achieved in implementing activities envisioned by the Action Plan, identify achievements and shortcomings, develop and deliver relevant recommendations to the stakeholders.

This report was developed by the Secretariat of the Reform Council (Public Administration Unit, Policy Planning and Coordination Department, Administration of Government of Georgia) in collaboration with the public agencies, local and international organizations engaged in the process.

While preparing the structure of the Progress Report, the secretariat referred to the Policy Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Handbook and the methods offered by the SIGMA Toolkit for the preparation, implementation, monitoring, reporting and evaluation of public administration reform and sector strategies.

The Report covers the period between January and September 2019 (I-III quarters).
