Today, Georgian Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze held a meeting with President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sarkissian.
The face-to-face meeting emphasized the good neighborly relations between the two countries and successful cooperation across a variety of areas.
The Prime Minister thanked the President of Armenia for attending the inauguration of the President of Georgia.
The parties also discussed the potential of developing trade and economic ties and issues to be considered by the Intergovernmental Commission of the two countries.
Special emphasis during the conversation was placed on educational and cultural cooperation.
The face-to-face meeting between the Prime Minister of Georgia and the President of Armenia was held at the Administration of the Government.
