As part of his ongoing tour, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, together with Minister of Education and Science Mikheil Chkhenkeli, visited Prestige, a newly rehabilitated vocational college in Telavi.

According to Minister of Education and Science Mikheil Chkhenkeli, the college boasts a modern-standard material and technical framework and a laboratory equipment in line with vocational education programs.

The college's Rector Kote Dolidze briefed the Head of Government on the rehabilitation work implemented. The college's rehabilitation and equipping were carried out with financial support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia. For the educational building's full rehabilitation, the state budget allocated 2,575,000 GEL, also 715,000 GEL for equipment.

The newly rehabilitated college offers numerous educational courses. Besides qualification programs, the college also implements professional training and retraining courses in both agriculture and construction.

On his visit to the college, the Prime Minister was accompanied by representatives of the executive, legislative, and local self-government branches.
