Irakli Garibashvili, Prime Minister of Georgia was accompanied by Mikheil Chkhenkeli, Minister of Education and Science to the First Public School of Ozurgeti, which has been fully rehabilitated.
The Head of Government of Georgia inspected the rehabilitated building and spoke with teachers of the school.
Mikheil Chkhenkeli, Minister of Education and Science noted that Ozurgeti never had before the First Public School equipped with every essential teaching resource and modern infrastructure.
School designed for 800 pupils, has an outdoor sports field, as well as a library, readers' chamber, technology and natural science labs and a gym. Space heating and water supply systems are installed. Building is fully adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities.
Almost 4 MLN GEL has been allocated from the budget for the rehabilitation of the building and provision of technical props and equipment.
