It is from the bottom of my heart that I join our Jewish compatriots, our brothers who have returned to their historical homeland of Israel, and the Jewish people as a whole, in celebrating the great festival of Hannukah.
The centuries-old friendship between Georgians and Jews and the tireless efforts of the Jewish community toward the progress of our common homeland are inseparable from Georgia's history and public life. We, today's contemporary generations, are obligated to strengthen our brotherhood further and to deepen the cooperation between Georgia and Israel.
