Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze met with Faig Guliyev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Georgia.
Focus at the meeting was made on the strategic partnership and close friendly relations between the two countries, also on the importance of furthering cooperation across a variety of areas.
Attention was also paid to prospects of developing the economic, transport, and energy partnership between the countries. Important strategic projects were also discussed.
The conversation touched on the regional state of affairs, with emphasis on the importance of peace and stability.
